I'm excited to offer an online course which shares my experience of coming out of 40 years of dieting into a new freedom. I believe satan used diet culture to keep me discouraged, distracted, and defeated. I'm so glad that the grace of God reached into this area of my life and did a mighty work and is renewing my mind to prove His will.
